Whitepaper v0.1 · Robinhood Chain · September 10, 2026
An agent that already earns, opened up to the people who use it.
Baum reviews and verifies mortgage documents, moves loans onto the Stable Mortgage Registry, and keeps USDX on peg. The same agent can run an individual onchain account — hold USDX, provide liquidity, lend, borrow, trade and vote — from a wallet you own, under limits you set.
3,888 Baum Brokers are how that access is distributed. Committing STABLE now reserves one. Whitelist only.

Section 4
A Broker is an account, not a picture
Each Broker is an ERC-721 with its own ERC-6551 token-bound wallet: a real onchain account that holds assets, executes transactions, and travels with the NFT when it is sold.
Eligibility
Checked against the Baum leaderboard once the commit window closes — verified addresses reserve first, everyone else queues behind them.
Commit
Send 100,000 STABLE per Broker (up to 3) to the treasury while the window's open, and bind the Robinhood Chain address your Broker will be sent to.
Claim
Claim opens September 18 for 30 days. Every reservation mints an ERC-721 Broker with its wallet already seeded: 0.01 USDX, 0.01 mUSDX, 1 BAUM.
Sub-DAO
Claim assigns each Broker to one of five regional sub-DAOs, setting its lending allocation and governance weight there.
Vault
The vault holds 50,000 BAUM for every Broker. Send a Broker to the vault and receive 50,000 BAUM; pay 60,000 BAUM and receive the next Broker. Redemptions open 30 days after TGE.
Activation
Activation surfaces everything that matters about a Broker in one place — its level, its traits, and any rewards it hasn't claimed yet — from the moment it starts holding USDX.
Traits
Every Broker is generated from a set of attributes. Most are cosmetic and decide how it looks; two are functional and decide how it behaves onchain. The final trait list is still being set.
Sub-DAO
One of five regional sub-DAOs, assigned at claim. Sets where the Broker lends and where its governance weight counts.
Bonus Multiplier
A small, flat boost to point-earning. Most Brokers roll +0; the tiers below are the full range.
| Multiplier tier | Odds | Bonus Multiplier | Boosted tier |
|---|---|---|---|
| Common | ~80% | +0 | — |
| Uncommon | ~15% | +0.25 | 1.5× base odds |
| Rare | ~5% | +0.50 | 1.5× base odds |
Bonus Multiplier is one attribute among many, and it is the only one that touches point-earning. Overall rarity comes from the whole trait set — the premium on a rare Broker is what collectors will pay for those traits, not extra utility.

Section 5
What the agent does with your wallet
A Broker activates the same execution the agent already uses to keep USDX on peg — scoped to your wallet, under limits you set.
Scoped authorization
Every action stays inside limits you set the moment you connect a wallet: trade size, daily volume, and exactly which actions the agent's allowed to take.
Fees
15 bps a trade, plus a 20% markup on third-party API costs — both shrink as your Broker levels up (see Points, below).
Your Broker trades on the same rails Baum already uses to keep USDX on peg — identical execution, identical custody guarantees on Robinhood Chain, just scoped down to the limits you set.
Section 6
Points, levels and fees
Every action the agent takes on your behalf earns points. Points set your level, and your level sets what you pay.
